Magnetic Daneshpajoh Kashan (MDK) company is the first and only manufacture of magnetometer devices in Iran. This company was founded in 2005 under the name of Magnetic Daghigh Kavir Kashan by two professors of University of Kashan, Dr. Mohammad Almasi Kashi and Dr. Abdolali Ramazani. Later, in 2012, it changed its name to Magnetic Daneshpajoh Kashan and has continued its activity in Kashan city as a top rank knowledge enterprise.
The President and CEO of MDK (Dr. Mohammad Almasi Kashi) was awarded the 2nd Prize of 25th Khwarizmi International Award (KIA) in 2012 for major technological and innovation and proven economic benefits of alternating gradient force magnetometer (AGFM) device with First-Order Reversal Curve (FORC) capability.
The foundation of the MDK company is based on magnetism and research areas related to it. More than 150 peer-reviewed articles have been published by the main members of the company in the field of magnetism. They have been continuously engaged in this field for nearly 25 years and have been experimentally active researchers since 20 years ago. AGFM was the first product of MDK, which was delivered to Kurdistan University, while two years before that, it had been installed in University of Kashan. In general, MDK company is able to manufacture laboratory electronic devices and serve researchers and the scientific community. Apart from vibrating sample magnetometers (VSMs), MDK manufactures other quality magnetic and laboratory equipment with affordable prices such as soft and hard BH Tracers with FORC capability, Ferroelectric Tester, Hyperthermia System, Pulse Magnetizer, Teslameter, etc.
Since its establishment, MDK has had an active and annual presence in IranLabExpo Laboratory Equipment Exhibition. In this way, MDK has installed its products in more than 20 major universities in Iran, including University of Tehran, Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Shahid Beheshti University, Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), etc.
